Mangaka photos[edit]

Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. First off, Akira Toriyama and Osamu Tezuka already have photos. Regarding the other artists, Wikipedia has a policy where for living people, only freely-licensed images can be used and fair use is not allowed, since it is still possible for images to be taken. As far as I'm aware, the images you linked are copyrighted by the photographers who took them and you would have to ask them to license these photos appropriately. So that rules out all of the living people's articles as well. Once they they are dead though, those images can likely be used under fair use, though considering their prominence it will likely be taken care of quickly. That leaves your only alternative to request copyright permissions from the photographers themselves. Hope that helps, let me know if you need clarification.
