Regarding sects in Islam...anyone in the world is free to edit Wikipedia. If you think the information is incorrect, you can propose your changes and everyone will respond, then you can reply to their responses. For example, you might want to add a comment at the beginning of the article that Islam strongly prohibits sects.--达伟 (talk) 17:31, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What happens if you click the "edit" button on the Islam page? You cannot edit?--152.3.129.141 (talk) 20:48, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No there is no such button (for me anyways).. It is a semi-protected article meaning you have to propose changes and wait for an admin/moderators response.

Are you a new user (4 days old)? If you make edits on other pages, that will begin to give you privileges! Please read: "Semi-protection prevents edits from anonymous users (IP addresses), as well as edits from any account that is not autoconfirmed (is at least four days old and has ten or more edits to Wikipedia) or confirmed."--达伟 (talk) 07:41, 18 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
