Hello Aidaroting. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Aidaroting. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Aidaroting|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. SmartSE (talk) 17:19, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Smartse. Thank you for your information. Yes I am the assistance of Lim. However, I am not paid directly for this editing work but I feel obliged to update as the current information is outdated and incomplete. I have updated the information based on different resources like the company website, news, and related articles. I believe I have added relevant citations and references for my edit. Kindly advise and assist me on my revision as I'm still new to Wikipedia. Anyway, I'm happy to follow your guidance to provide a piece of fair, neutral, and accurate information for Wikipedia readers. Aidaroting (talk) 10:17, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for replying. If you are his assistant and paid for being his assistant, then you are classed as a paid editor. With some expceptions, information in the article should be sourced to independent sources, not the company website. This edit didn't introduce any sources for the information. His philosophy does not belong here and is highly promotional. You also appear to have copied and pasted text from elsewhere which is a violation of copyright. You may want to talk to User:N5rh as they claim to work for Top Glove and are more familiar with how to edit here. SmartSE (talk) 17:22, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Smartse. I will be more careful in editing next time. Thanks for your information, however I'm unable to find User:N5rh. Anyway I have request edit at Lim Wee-Chai (Talk). Please challenge and advise to make sure my edit is neutral and not biased. Aidaroting (talk) 01:59, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
