Creating a page about your own organization[edit]

Preferably, don't. But if you must, take careful note of the advice on Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. This would mean being particularly careful about finding reliable sources, not anything written by the organization or depending on its publicity materials for everything you write. Also, make sure that your contributions are drafts rather than appearing first in mainspace. To put anything that you write into mainspace, you will need to find editors who do not have a conflict of interest with regard to this organization. If you let me know which organization it is, I'll keep an eye on the drafts and be as helpful as I can. Richard Keatinge (talk) 10:31, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hey AmityVasundhara6 I answered your question on my talk page, and came here to say welcome and be sure you saw it. Richard Keatinge is known to me as a dependable and experienced quality editor, and he has given good advice here as well. If there is anything either of us can do to help, we will gladly do so. Good luck. Jenhawk777 (talk) 04:01, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
