Replaceable fair use File:BI-Yuk Hui.jpeg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:BI-Yuk Hui.jpeg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

Hi this image seems to have been used in many other places including the personal website of the subject. One could believe that it is granted by the subject, so in this case, it is fair to use this image in this article on the subject concerned. Andersgide (talk) 16:00, 27 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
