Although the topic itself may be notable, the present draft reads more like an advertisement for PBFA than an encyclopedic entry. The only independent references used cover PBFA's launch, with the rest of the material coming from its website. I believe there is a strong conflict of interest with the submitter as well--please see WP:COI for more information.
