Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. My only account[edit]

Hello, this is my only account. I have no idea why I am being blocked or being said to have multiple accounts? I don't have multiple accounts.

I was only making changes on the foreskin edit page to make the page more neutral and objective, it seems like there are some sources that are very old and don't come from a reliable sources such as the sexual encyclopedial published in 1994! Thanks.
