I noticed you were involved in a dispute on Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden. Have you tried addressing the issue with the other party? Shadowjams (talk) 09:18, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Well, it's not a dispute really, User:Surtsicna undid a revision of mine claiming that the image I inserted "is about to be deleted". The image is nominated for deletion but it is a misunderstanding by the nominator which I'm sure will be history soon. And when Surtsicna undid the revision several other edits disappeared in the process. No hard feelings anywhere, as far as I know... Armigo (talk) 09:25, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That image has been nominated at [1] which would explain that message. If you object to that categorization I would follow the links on that page. I am unfamiliar with the specifics, but I would suspect someone familiar with that discussion would be very open to an assertion that the government authorized the picture, and any subsequent copyright. Sorry if I bothered you prematurely. If you need any additional help please contact me. Shadowjams (talk) 09:42, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I have replied to the deletion request there and I think the misunderstanding should be cleared out soon. (The nominator looked at the wrong page when he got the impression that the image was non-kosher.) Thanks for your concern, though! :) Armigo (talk) 09:47, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Elitserien and coaches[edit]

Awesome pictures! Do you have a close-up picture on Hardy Nilsson too? Cheers Tooga - BØRK! 15:41, 22 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I changed Hardy's pic. Thanks again! Cheers Tooga - BØRK! 23:53, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello!

Thanks for fixing the image caption here. I just forgot to correct the caption as well. Greetings, High Contrast (talk) 18:58, 3 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Babylon malware installer.png)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Babylon malware installer.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:33, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Ivan Turina[edit]

Armigo, it was not an assumption that the cause of death was believed to be congenital heart disease; it's in the source.

You are assuming that I was assuming it's a fact. I wasn't, and it was clearly stated as a belief.

Later development might prove that the theory (or belief) was wrong, but at the time, the statement was relevant, true, and sourced. Nobody here was making assumptions.

HandsomeFella (talk) 21:44, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

True in part, but you made the edit at a point in time when newer info was available that contradicted the source you are referring to. At 18:07 the cause of death was not "believed to have been a heart condition": AIK:s doctor explicitly had said he did not think it was heart failure. Not really blaming you, though, it's TV2 that need to update their articles better. Armigo (talk) 15:28, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
