About article submission[edit]

This draft User:swapnali1902/Btowc is empty. Thats why they rejected. To do a review there has to be contents, how can they review a blank page ?? And what request you have made ? yes you can, before you give check whether it is available or not. And give only if necessay. If you are editing on wikibooks and wants to link wikipedia article then write e.g. [[w:title|title]].
