Completely disagree with TenTonParasol. This is supposed to be an encyclopedia, and MORE information is better. Although you might not want as much information as possible, other people do. I am also going to list the Subterranean Press limited edition. For the record, just saying "The novel has been published in multiple editions in hardcover, paperback, e-book, and audio book form." is all but meaningless. Every successful book as been published in multiple editions, the above does not say anything.
