Since it will probably be deleted shortly, I'm pasting here a copy of what I wrote in response to your remarks on the article's talk page:

It certainly is written as an advertisement. The entire thing is written for the purpose of persuading people to visit the site. Wikipedia is a reference work, not for your use for communicating to the public. Wikipedia is for articles about notable topics written in a neutral manner, based on material that can be found in third-party reliable sources. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Dental tourism. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
