1. This article's organization/outline is very thorough and I think the existing sections do a good job giving an overview of the topics they cover. The article also feels very neutral (although maybe the background sections are the easiest to write neutrally).

2. I'd suggest revising your title - it seems like some of the sections in the article (including some of the future sections) aren't super well-aligned with the existing title. Some sections might go beyond battery applications (mining lithium seems like not a battery-specific activity, unless you were going to specifically focus the section on batteries).

3. I'm wondering if a summary of the uses of lithium batteries makes sense in an article about the effects of lithium use - is there already an article about lithium battery use at scale? I could see an article in that area (or even an addition to an existing broader-scope article on lithium ion batteries) exploring the same topics you've outlined here.

4. I definitely like the way this article organizes information into background/instances/impacts/solutions - I'm trying to do something similar with my own article and will definitely be keeping this article's structure in mind as I continue to outline. 1. Nice job with the article. I would suggest adding diagrams in the beginning when you were discussing about the design of lithium. I'd also expand a little more on the impacts lithium has had in certain industries.

2. I think the overall article is solid, I'd suggest talking about the widespread adoption of lithium and why it is popular compared to other types of batteries. I'm wondering if you could potentially add to this article instead: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lithium-ion_battery It seems to cover the same topic at hand.

3. I think this article does a good job of organization, flow, and neutral tone that is very representative of an average wikipedia article. I will definitely borrow some elements from here.Klan31415 (talk) 22:52, 25 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
