Fast Puppy[edit]

Is this account a bot, or is it just a very fast puppy? I can't tell for sure... Player 03 (talk) 01:22, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fast puppy. Puppy loves me some Huggle. --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 01:23, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh. I see now... I probably should have figured it out earlier. Player 03 (talk) 01:26, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent revert[edit]

Just saying thanks for reverting edits made to my user page. --RyRy5 (talk) 02:38, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 02:38, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Same here. Thanks for the revert. I think someone (sockpuppet? proxy?) is specifically targeting talk pages, as I recently reverted User_talk:172.167.90.80 who warnings were replaced it with junk text. Soon after, another user with a different IP address (User_talk:172.168.21.65) came and spammed my talk page with the same kind of vandalism. — ThreeDee912 (talk) 21:40, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This seems to be becoming a regular feature! Thanks for the reverts - Toon05 22:35, 9 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

M&M's[edit]

Something odd happened when you reverted M&M's. You left it with an extraneous "boobs" in the first sentence. Cstaffa (talk) 02:17, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, wierd. Thanks for catching it. --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 02:18, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Classical Guitar[edit]

for the classical guitar page, it IS NOT VANDALISM. it repeats itself MANY times over, look at the article for yourself. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Davidbreton (talkcontribs) 02:34, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Quite right. Sorry about that. Let me know if you want help cleaning it up.--Bfigura's puppy (talk) 02:36, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

wow, that was fast. great job for the fix and your professionalism. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Davidbreton (talkcontribs) 02:43, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. Sorry I didn't catch it at first. The screen I was looking at only showed the changes you made, not the entire page in question (so I missed that you were trying to fix the page). Anywho, apologies for the rather rough welcome to Wikipedia :). Best, --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 02:46, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reported User[edit]

Reported user is already blocked.(Planecrash111 (talk) 03:22, 11 June 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Which user was that? The AIV bots should have removed them once blocked, or if they were already reported, huggle should have picked up on it. (Although I suppose it could have been a timing thing. Best, --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 03:25, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As soon as i left the message his name was gone... so i guess it really doesn't matter now. Cheers!(Planecrash111 (talk) 03:27, 11 June 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Oh, so the bots are working. Good. Maybe a timing thing then. --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 03:27, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

2 Dollars[edit]

Why did you delete my Two Dollar Bill post? I use two dollar bills all over Chicago. I was not making a mockery of the use of Two Dollar bills at all. I am a proponent of the use and encourage others to use them also. I appeal to you to put my post back on the wiki page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.173.101.155 (talk) 02:46, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't think you were attempting mockery, or anything like that. I removed it for two reasons. One, it appeared to be an anecdote that didn't really seem encyclopedic. Two, it was a personal quotation that wasn't sourced. (Information in Wikipedia should be verifiable). Also, Wikipedia isn't really the place to advertise your point of view, it's a place to present facts. A personal quotation from some guy who happens to be a proponent of an idea didn't seem worth including. Is there some reason his voice is especially prominent? (We don't have an article that suggests he's notable). Best, --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 02:53, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Russell Crowe vandal[edit]

Hi i seen that you gave this IP address 124.190.91.146 a warning that he would be blocked if he done it again ...well he has done it again, on the Russell Crowe page, i have changed it back again but could you see to it that this pain is blocked please. Thansks Thuringowacityrep (talk) 08:04, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

To request a block, try Administrator intervention against vandalism. It'll be much faster (since I'm not an admin, I can't do it directly). Best, --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 05:46, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Periyar[edit]

Hey im really sorry forgot to leave a reason. i'm 100% sure Periyar page shouldn't be a disambiguation page. instead it should be Periyar(disambiguation). im waiting for your reply. -BiLLa- 21:08, 25 July 2008 (UTC)

It looks like Periyar (disambiguation) already exists, so there shouldn't be any problem with sending Periyar to the person's article, rather than the disambig (since his article already has a disambig section). Cheers, --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 21:14, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

FRN[edit]

Thanks for taking away that NPOV. I'd like to get rid of the whole section called "Backed by Nothing," but it definitely needs to be discussed first. 12.40.162.142 (talk) 20:35, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I don't have a huge problem with the "Backed by Nothing section", although perhaps it should be retitled per WP:FRINGE. It's a fringe view, can can/should be discussed as such. --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 20:37, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
What's the best way to go about sparking such a discussion? A Simple Wiki Nicky (talk) 20:52, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
On the article's talk page. Just start a new topic. Or alternatively, just be bold and make a change. (Just make sure you use the edit summary to tell what you're doing and why). --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 20:54, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I was bold. A Simple Wiki Nicky (talk) 21:08, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Had you read my edit summary before reverting, you would have seen it WAS a constructive edit in an attempt to avert a quick deletion. If you don't believe me, check the history again... both of the article and my contribution history. Thank you. 147.70.242.40 (talk) 22:42, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You're quite correct. If you check the page history, you'll see that I reverted my edit right after I made it. Sorry for any confusion. Best, --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 22:44, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No harm, no foul, no problem. I've also left a note on Brewcrewer's talk page apologising for the quick redirect. 147.70.242.40 (talk) 22:48, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edit[edit]

I'm only trying to fix grammar errors!

Please delist it as vandalism.

69.253.55.152 (talk) 18:50, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Generally, it's considered rude to edit material on other people's pages, unless you're leaving a message. (That's what gave us rouge admins). However, your recent history doesn't really back up your claim, but if you're looking to copy-edit, there's plenty of pages that need fixing. --Bfigura's puppy (talk) 18:52, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edit[edit]

Spider-man's grand daughter's name in the Old Man Logan Storyline is Spider-bitch, not Spider-girl. Continuing to post it as Spider-girl is giving false information. Read the series, or I'll scan it and post the scanned pages.

That seems kinda odd (honestly). However, I'll take your word for it (although I can't speak for other editors). I'd advise against scanning and posting, as that'd probably violate copyright laws. Best, --Bfigura (talk) 19:40, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, I hate the name. If you want I'll try to scan it later today and I can email it to you, rether than post it. She's a black girl, with multiple piercings, who goe's by spider-bitch. I don't know why, but that's what they named her.

Here's something from an interview with the writer.

NRAMA: Who else will we be seeing in this story?

MM: Only a few Marvel Heroes are still alive and the story mainly focuses on their descendants. There's a new Kingpin for example and Spiderman's granddaughter, Spider-bitch, is a favorite but the characters I'm most excited about are the radiation sick sons and grandsons of the Hulk - and inbred, ugly, incestuous team of supervillains with a nod to The Hills Have Eyes.
