Virgin Islands Transit moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Virgin Islands Transit, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. I don't understand why you'd do that - I clearly tagged the article as a stub.

If other people want to finish it up, that's great, but it's not something I have the time for.
