Link to Facebook is good enough for me for now but you are still not inline with standards. I won't request deletion but I do recommend going through the OTRS process if you want to do more. You could also explain to the uploader at Facebook that any images on Wikipedia can be used for profit and all other sorts of legal blah blah blah. I doubt it will sway them from letting you use a single image (the amount of exposure might be worth it) but this could turn into a problem if you want to use multiple images. This is especially true since Sea Shepherd has a strong focus on public relations. Note the recent posting by Paul Watson trying to clear up that some people were not really Sea Shepherd.

Please note the comments above but as a follow-up:

I see that the image is again up for deletion. Let me know if you want me to shoot a message to the Facebook account regarding the image and other images posted by that account. As much as I don't like Sea Shepherd, I like images on Wikipedia and its sister Commons more. I will ask if they want to be walked through the process.

An additional step will be sending one to Sea Shepherd as well. It won't be that hard to get this straightened out. If they want their images available to the public this might be a good move for them. However, we should let them know that there could be certain drawbacks off (and maybe even on) the project.

The image doesn't appear to be at http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-MV-Brigitte-Bardot/209742632402275 and, as you indicated in this edit, the original photographer's profile is here. The original photographer holds the copyright, so it is he who you should be getting permission from, not The MV Brigitte Bardot, as they have no authority to give you permission to use the image.
