Business Promotion[edit]

Wikipedia is a place for volunteer editors to contribute to a free encyclopedia. It is not a place for promoting your business. Please stop immediately from promoting your business on user talk pages - this is spamming and is not permitted. QuiteUnusual (talk) 15:25, 5 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. We simply wanted to inform consumers by having editors utilize the resources from our website. --Bluezell (talk) 15:29, 5 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for stopping. TruthInAdvertising.org/TINA.org seems to have some press coverage independent of TruthInAdvertising.org. TruthInAdvertising.org may qualify for a stand alone Wikipedia article (see WP:GNG). Perhaps you would consider posting a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles. It would help Wikipedia editors to write an article on your company if you added a "Press Coverage" under the "About" tab on your website. -- Jreferee (talk) 13:33, 6 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the input. TINA.org already has a Wikipedia page as far as I know. I tried informing editors of certain articles (such as Herbalife) of "criticism," to these companies. Our website serves as a useful resource for consumers but I understand that this is a conflict of interest issue.
