Thanks for your edits to dimension stone. Please note that Wikipedia is an international encyclopedia and avoid excess US centricism in general articles. I have removed some over-emphasis on US production and trends. Also, this is an encyclopedia - not an industry promotion site. Thanks, Vsmith 02:04, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! You may wish to take a look at Wikipedia:External Links because this says that some types of links should normally be avoided, including Links to sites that require payment or registration to view the relevant content. Sites that require registration or a paid subscription should be avoided because they are of limited use to most readers. Many online newspapers require registration to access some or all of their content, while some require a subscription. Online magazines frequently require subscriptions to access their sites or for premium content. If old newspaper and magazines articles are archived, there is usually a fee for accessing them. A site that requires registration or a subscription should not be linked unless the web site itself is the topic of the article. I hope this helps, :-) Stwalkerster talk 19:42, 11 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
