Mécanisme de la physionomie humaine[edit]

I noticed that you were doing some work on seperating Mécanisme de la physionomie humaine and Duchenne de Boulogne. Are you still doing that, or should it be reverted? At the moment it is in a kind of ugly in-between position, where the content seems to be duplicated. Regards Jamesx12345 (talk) 21:34, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi James, thanks...........Yes, although I started the process, I was hoping that someone else would contribute to the transfer. The Mécanisme contribution appears to be the contents of a graduate student paper, put up in toto. I did not want to take a hatchet to this contribution without support, but like you said, my template uglifies the page. I guess I will proceed with the transfer this year some time. I suppose Duchenne's Mécanisme has achieved enough cultural importance that it warrants its own page, but I wish I could get confirmation from other contributors.Cabinet of Art and Medicine (talk) 03:07, 2 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You created a new page on this book out of the content at Duchenne de Boulogne and used the merge tag to open a discussion on it. There's been no objection in the past three years, so can I suggest you finish the job by summarizing the content in the Duchenne article. You should take care to transfer over any changes to the text made there since you copied it, and also note what you have done on the talk page there, and in the edit summary, for attribution purposes. I've deleted the tags as they are redundant now. Moonraker12 (talk) 17:12, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

(Apologies; I've just noticed this has been raised already with you (above). If you are having any problems with this please contact oe of us. Moonraker12 (talk) 17:15, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
