How should i report if somebody uses some image of wikipedia and won't link back? The page just has text and not the link to wikipedia.
- I don't think anybody really cares, there are a lot of such sites - see WP:Mirrors and forks, which recognises that many mirror sites do not attribute properly, and says "any person willing may notify them, but it is preferable that a Wikipedia contributor to an article they have copied does so" (because those contributors actually have reason to say their rights have been infringed).
