This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Madeira (island), and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: Madeira. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Please stop![edit]

Given the warning above and your recent edits, it appears that you are intentionally duplicating already existing content. Please refrain from doing so in the future, thanks JdeJ (talk) 11:38, 7 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:2008 Olympic Games Opening Cerimony.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 14:17, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images[edit]

Hi Cdmafra,

Unfortunately I am unable to load the images that you have put onto my Talk Page onto Commons as they are Non-free use images.

On Commons it says "All users of files found on Wikimedia Commons must be given the Four Freedoms:

  • The freedom to use and perform the work.
  • The freedom to study the work and apply the information.
  • The freedom to redistribute copies.
  • The freedom to create and distribute derivative works."

Because these are images of logos they are not free, therefore I cannot copy these onto Commons. But surely, you can load these onto Portuguese Wikipedia also a Non-free use images like I did on English Wikipedia? Seth Whales (talk) 13:22, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Same here. I can't upload the Paralympics logo like you asked for to commons because it isn't free. I was going to upload it to the Portuguese Wikipedia for you but it doesn't look like you can upload non-free images there like you can here. Then again, I don't speak a word of Portuguese so I could be quite wrong. TIM KLOSKE|TALK 18:44, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:User:Cdmafra|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ∗ \ / () 20:57, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

December 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to 2010 Formula One season, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Hey, no worries. I noticed you requested the deletion of the template so I deleted it. It looks like you were trying to create a template that would duplicate existing ones. No real harm done. Mjroots (talk) 15:53, 13 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for August 17[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited C.D. Mafra, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page SAPO. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:58, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article SPORT.TV3 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:BROADCAST and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jalen D.
