October 2018[edit]

Please don't just remove content you think is "too specific," such as at Soul food. I have restored the content, which could use a citation, but was perfectly fine to include. Thanks, Jessicapierce (talk) 06:51, 25 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

Hi! I think that your work is ready to move live per the notes I sent via email. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:44, 21 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Sorry, I missed the soul food content - by large this looks good - the writing is neutral and the sourcing looks strong. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:46, 27 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started (The Cooking Gene) has been reviewed![edit]

Thanks for creating The Cooking Gene.

I have just reviewed the page, as a part of our page curation process.

I moved this page to The Cooking Gene due to there being no articles similarly titled to the shorter title and the title being excessively long with the subtitle of the book included. Otherwise, looks good, thanks for adding to Wikipedia!

To reply, leave a comment here and ping me.

Hello, Cheesesteaklover16. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "The Cooking Gene: A Journey through African American Culinary History in the Old South".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 15:52, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
