You may want to check out WP:BFAQ#RULES (which you are already partly following) and WP:BFAQ#ATTACK which gives some suggestions for dealing with statements or references in Wikipedia that might be viewed as an attack on your or your organisation.

Some of the rest of that article may be useful too, although as you can see it's rather long :)
