Your article fudgemuffins was deleted because Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a dictionary. For that word which (as you say) is a made up one, there is nothing substantial to say about it except what it means and that it is made up. Wiktionary is a completely separate project from Wikipedia. You will need to follow the link there and follow their procedures it you want to add it there.
