When adding links to material on an external site, as you did to Woodrow Dantzler, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:

  • If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
  • If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
  • If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. RF23 (talk) 22:30, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Woodrow Dantzler. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. RF23 (talk) 19:18, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Woodrow Dantzler. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. RF23 (talk) 21:12, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Woodrow Dantzler, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Tim Couch. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. RF23 (talk) 20:34, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did to Marvin Harrison, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. RF23 (talk) 20:35, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

LukeTheSpook is my Brother. This is not his account. He left wikipedia months ago. RF23 (talk) 19:20, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I would very much like it if you would both avoid each other. I'm not blocking anyone right now, but keep antagonizing, and I will. - Philippe 22:51, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
