Proposed deletion of Joseph Pride

The article Joseph Pride has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Original research on a non-notable person. Notability is not inherited. Passing mention in one history book of Maine settlers, no in-depth coverage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Geneological research

Hello Daniel, like Ponyo said above, we can't publish original geneological research, we only publish what reliable secondary sources have said. You might also want to take a look at our notability guidelines, people are usually only notable enough for an article here if multiple reliable sources have found them notable enough to write about them in depth. I'd recommend publishing your research on your personal webpage instead of here, or even in publish it in a book.
