Please excuse me, I don't know how this works so I may be posting in the wrong place.

If there is not a topic on the talk page that covers what you want to say then click on the [+] tab at the to of the page create a new section which will appear at the bottom the the talk page. If that does not seem clear, then just edit the page and add your comments at the bottom of the most appropriate section or if none cover what you want to say at the bottom of the page.

I would like to know why the main artical says nothing about Dresden being a city full of refugees who had fled there believing it to be a place of safty.
