I was just playing around with a little page to see how wiki worked, especialy those info boxes, i didn't know about the sandbox and i proceeded to try and delete it earlier this afternoon. Sorry to have bothered you Ryuaiin 21:54, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please be polite to other users, even if they are being annoying. Personal attacks and disruptive comments only escalate a situation; please keep calm and remember that action can be taken against other parties if necessary. Attacking another user, as you did on User:Jonnyhackett, can only satisfy trolls or anger contributors and leads to general bad feeling. Please try to remain civil with your comments. Thanks! -- The Anome 09:54, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

(Incidentally, you might want to know that, if you want to communicate with another user, their user talk page, rather than their user page, is the appropriate page to edit.) -- The Anome 10:02, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

OMG YOU ARE AMAZING, A SERIOUS CREDIT TO WIKIPEDIA , THEY SHOULD HIRE YOU!!! YOU SAVED MY LIFE !!!!! :) Blogboy101 10:32, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blanking[edit]

However bad the content is, when you apply a {{db}} tag to an article, please do not blank the contents. Leave it so an admin can more quickly judge whether your nomination is valid (which they usually are, I think). -- RHaworth 10:45, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Clouds (Influential 60's Rock Group)[edit]

Just realised that there is a link to an existing Wikipedia page - You Can All Join In . I'll leave the creation of the link on the page to more experienced hands! "Matthew.hartington 13:50, 19 December 2006 (UTC)"[reply]

NPA[edit]

This message is in regards to this edit: [1]. Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. --AbsolutDan (talk) 15:21, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Redesign[edit]

I'm informing all of the members of The Smashing Pumpkins WikiProject that I recently redesigned and streamlined the WikiProject page (see here) based on Wikipedia:WikiProject Slayer and partially inspired by Wikipedia:WikiProject Alternative music. If anyone sees anything that needs tweaking, or if you think that the whole thing should be scrapped, say so here (btw, there's also an almost exact replica of what I'm telling you here at that location). Thanks, --Brandt Luke Zorn 00:57, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

YOUTH GONE WILD[edit]

  • They call us problem child,
  • We spend our lives on trial,
  • We walk an endless mile,
  • We are the youth gone wild!
  • We stand and we won't fall,
  • We're the one and one for all,
  • The writing's on the wall,
  • We are the youth gone wild!

The Parochial Pianists[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article The Parochial Pianists, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of The Parochial Pianists. - Foetusized (talk) 19:59, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to John James, are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. RC Patrol-related Proposals in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey[edit]

Greetings Recent Changes Patrollers!

This is a one-time-only message to inform you about technical proposals related to Recent Changes Patrol in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey that I think you may be interested in reviewing and perhaps even voting for:

  1. Adjust number of entries and days at Last unpatrolled
  2. Editor-focused central editing dashboard
  3. "Hide trusted users" checkbox option on watchlists and related/recent changes (RC) pages
  4. Real-Time Recent Changes App for Android
  5. Shortcut for patrollers to last changes list

Further, there are more than 20 proposals related to Watchlists in general that you may be interested in reviewing. (and over 260 proposals in all, across many aspects of wikis)

Thank you for your consideration. Please note that voting for proposals continues through December 12, 2016.

Note: You received this message because you have transcluded {{User wikipedia/RC Patrol}} (user box) on your user page. Since this message is "one-time-only" there is no opt out for future mailings.
