File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Aani Don Hatn.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Aani Don Hatn.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Popular Prakashan logo[edit]

Hi. Please do not reinsert the logo Popular_Prakashan.jpg into the Popular Prakashan article. The image is copyrighted by Popular Prakashan, and its inclusion here violates that copyright; for this reason, the image has been deleted from Commons. Inserting copyright materials in Wikipedia is grounds for an editing ban. If you are associated with Popular Prakashan and are authorised to donate copyrighted materials, please follow the instructions at WP:DCM to re-list the image on Commons. Thanks. After investigating, I've realised that this might be permissible under WP:LOGO, and have reinserted it accordingly. However, please read the notes To the uploader at the file's page.

You have an obvious conflict of interest and you must declare it. The notability guidelines for organisations and companies have been updated. The primary criteria has five components that must be evaluated separately and independently to determine if it is met:

Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.

You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain.
