Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Chris Moyles Photograph

I am new to editing on Wikipedia and as such i am prone to making mistakes. I have replaced a picture on the page Chris Moyles as the original is poor quality. You removed the edit claiming that the picture was used without permission, however it is sourced from twitpic and was uploaded by Chris Moyles himself. Unless I am mistaken twitpic images are not bound by any usage policy and are available to be used freely. If I am incorrect please contact me and leave me instruction on how I can properly use the image, I am more than accommodating and am happy to contact Chris Moyles and/or twitter to obtain relevant permission (should it become necessary). Hi there. Thanks for your message. I've moved it here so I can reply on your talk page but keep the discussion in one place since I don't know whether as a new user you are familiar with the watchlist feature yet.

I removed the photo from the Chris Moyles page and nominated it for deletion at commons:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Chris-moyles.jpg because it is not freely licensed. Despite your assertions that images uploaded to Twitpic can be used by anyone, the Terms of Service make it clear that this isn't the case. It states that "All images uploaded are copyright © their respective owners". Even if it didn't say that though, it is necessary for there to be an explicit statement that images are available under an appropriate free licence. It isn't acceptable to assume that to be the case. I will again therefore revert your edit to remove this image. Adambro (talk) 13:44, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
