To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}} on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the

That's actually really creepy, you keep a log of all users who use divisive language... I didn't see that page, but I didn't know this was high school. Is it not justified to call out editors on their asinine stance? Why is Wikipedia, especially the TALK pages, different to any other forum or discussion site?
Regarding that page of my supposed previous 'PAs', I'm not gonna go into each issue but they are all grounded claims or reasonable assumptions based on how those users were editing. Nishidani's editing policies lend me to believe he is a Hamas-sympathiser. That is only a personal attack if you choose to believe that being a Hamas-sympathiser is something bad. If he believes that is so, why doesn't he try editing in a way which doesn't reflect that he's sympathetic towards Hamas. Durdyfiv1 (talk) 22:39, 10 June 2021 (UTC)
- You literally have a notice at the top of this page the mentions you had an ANI thread about personal attacks; I didn't need to "keep a log" about it. You can disagree with editors if you feel they're mistaken, but you must do so in a WP:CIVIL manner.

-- because we don't allow personal attacks. Name-calling ("Stop being a tool
") and casting aspersions are not acceptable; ultimately this is a collaborative project, and if you can't collaborate in a civil manner then the project might not be for you. I'd also point you towards WP:AGF in regards to assuming someone's political inclination based on their edits. Absolutely brilliant. I should first say thank you Czello for the links but I don't believe I have been in violation of all those rules you listed. I have assumed good faith until I saw a track record of Nishidani's edits. I have not merely "cast aspersions". Though I do not understand Wiki techy terms (as Wiki is open to all I do not NEED to), the log I was referring to is the separate page with other users' misconduct. What is that if not a log.
Moreover, colour me shocked that whenever an editor agrees with a certain user, they tend to dismiss that user's wrongdoings, while focusing on the person they are out to target. I specifically wrote that N's a hypocrite yet you (Selfstudier) call myself out on PA's and not them.
This is a collaborative project but forgive me if I don't view all editors, including but not limited to yourselves, as here to simply collaborate. Durdyfiv1 (talk) 09:51, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
- The "log" in question is a notice board for users to bring the actions of others to the attention of administrators where they feel someone has acted inappropriately. Back in Jan you were reported for personal attacks there, which is why Fences and windows left a final warning on your page above. The comments you've made on the Israel/Palestine article clearly cross a line -- name calling isn't acceptable, and I do not agree with your justification in calling Nishidani a Hamas sympathiser several times (as well as saying he's not thinking rationally, and implying that no leftist/liberals think rationally). — Czello 11:05, 11 June 2021 (UTC)

Czello you can disagree with something based on how you interpret a situation. But you cannot claim moral authority in how to interpret a situation. Nishidani has made several edits on articles concerning Jews and Israel.
If you are not prone to antisemitism, be it underhanded, you will not always see it.

Now you've unilaterally taken the decision to block me. I would like to know on what grounds you can do this please. The Jeremy Corbyn typo thing was a joke, though it was not a "blatant attack" – again, you're just another Wiki editor proving my point. If there is sufficient grounds to block me, this decision has to be taken by a neutral arbiter. Otherwise what is the point of Wikipedia. Durdyfiv1 (talk) 01:33, 12 June 2021 (UTC)
- As an uninvolved admin, I am a neutral arbiter. You were warned and blocked in February for personal attacks, yet you persisted in making them. Editing BLPs as a "joke" is exactly what we don't need. You may appeal the block following the instructions in the block notice - another admin will consider your appeal.
