It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

ww2censor thanks for the message the image falls under the .mil was taken in afghanistan and was uploaded dreckly form the source, so this is one of the only places where you will find it. Ed.vasquez (talk) 08:34, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on File:LTG Caldwell NTM-A CSTC-A Bio (20 Nov 09).pdf requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
