Reading[edit]

I love that you mention you are a reader of Wikipedia and have been for a long time. I did not even know Wikipedia existed before two years ago. I have done so much reading, even of topics I have not had an interest in. I love to read and so I read about three to four times as much as I edit. Policies, guidelines, articles on every subject. I am learning that many topic areas have very different and distinct interpretations of policy and guidelines. I feel as though gaining a general knowledge of these aspects will help me better guide new/newish editors on their journey. Of course the encyclopedia is about content and so, as editors, we are expected to edit mainspace content. I do that mostly in the form of copy edits and patrolling for vandalism but I have created a few articles and am working on a few more now. I just wanted to stop in and encourage you to keep reading and editing. You are a valuable contributor and if there is any way I can offer assistance please let me know. --ARoseWolf 15:43, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
