However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Also, both File:Colette Carr Tumbler and Tipsy.jpg and File:Colette Carr Take Action Leadership Event.jpg are both images owned by photo agencies that sell images commercially, and are obvious copyright violations. Please note that, per a disussion in 2013, there was consensus to split the discography to a separate article. Per WP:SPLIT a summary of the two discography articles was added to Selena Gomez when the content was removed and this should not have been removed.
