Welcome[edit]

Hi. Welcome to wikipedia. Yes I like her music and her art in general. However, I do feel "Political views" here is too generic, as the points you have provided seem more to be related to a few specific "Themes and lyrics" in her work than as part of a personal manifesto of hers which this title suggests. She has specifically said in interviews she never wanted to provide a manifesto, or a "ten commandments type statement" with her music and this should be noted. Reverts and 3RR[edit]

As I have advised you on the article talk page, please refrain from edit warring while there is a discussion going on on the topic to try and reach a consensus. You may have acted in violation of WP:3RR. Cookie90 (talk) 13:17, 17 February 2008 (UTC) No I did not, because I did not edit it 3 times. Exander2009 (talk) 15:55, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:20, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Politics[edit]

The section's presence is not your decision alone to make. Your edits on wikipedia revolve entirely around keeping this section of quotes on this article. All its useful info is now covered in appropriate sections. By your logic, we should have a comedy section on her article because she has lyrics that are funny on all of her albums! You should think of editing articles outside this topic. Nowhere have her politics been ignored, they are recognised, but acknowledged in a way suitable for wikipedia. Accept this. Refrain from edit warring and adding sections that have been agreed to be removed, or further action may have to be taken against you. Lifebonzza (talk) 18:41, 20 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
