Hi. I appreciate your concern and as far as commercial sites go, it does seem to be quite honourable, but Wikipedia is a non-profit organisation and stands for freedom of information and as such, isn't there to prop up commercial sites no matter how philanthropic they may be. See Wikipedia:External_links#Advertising_and_conflicts_of_interest for more info on the policy. As the policy states, if you feel strongly that it is not advertising or a conflict of interest, you can bring it up on the article talk page and see what others think. If there is consensus that the site can be linked, only then should you proceed to add it back. Otherwise, you will probably only antagonise further. Just my two cents.
