Age of Aisha in novel[edit]

I think I see where the confusion is coming from. The prologue to the novel (which has been published in a few places) takes place when Aisha is 14 — and already married to Muhammad. I don't see any evidence that Jones has changed the young age at which Aisha weds Muhammad. I did find one source which suggests that Jones changed the age of the consummation. I still suspect that the journalist is confused, but I've added it to the article. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 05:28, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
