It is standard practice to block editing of Wikipedia via Tor. The reasons for this were discussed by Jimmy Wales himself on the Tor mailing lists some time ago, and to the best of my knowledge the policy hasn't changed since.

However, since your Tor server does not currently allow port 80 in its exit policy, I have unblocked it. It may be that it previously did allow port 80 and was blocked for that reason; if that was not the case then I apologize if there was an error. As far as I know, mail servers or port 25 are not an issue as far as Wikipedia is concerned.

Also, please see Wikipedia:No legal threats. I hope the issue has been resolved, but if you ever need to pursue any legal issues for any reason you would need to contact the Wikimedia Foundation directly (see Wikipedia:Contact us).

One problem, I lack the bandwidth, or the motivation to have had, have, or ever have a Tor server - my friends at the University of Georgia do a splendid job of that! f
