Hello Snowycats. I deleted the quoted content that was obtained from my company's website even though I created and own the content. I still deleted it from the article anyway to speed up the submission process. I haven't been contacted by anyone from OTRS and don't know who or what that is, but I will gladly submit any necessary forms if someone will contact me. Thanks.
