Welcome[edit]

Hello, Gwimberley, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

  • Hi! Just wanted to drop a note and say that you've summed up the conflict of interest page fairly well with your sentence. Editing with a conflict of interest can be incredibly tricky, honestly, so much so that it can be almost impossible sometimes for a person with a conflict of interest to make neutral edits about a connected topic. I say almost, because it can be done but it has to be done so carefully that it's really easier/better to wait for someone else to make the article. Well done!
