Halo and Spartans[edit]

Perhaps you should read my comment on the article discussion page before reverting. As well, edit-warring isn't going to win me over, and in fact could go a long way to dispensing with my good faith. What I sad there (and will say here to save you a trip to the article discussion) is that video games often put in non-sequitur names of things, simply because they sound cool. It happens all the time. If you want to add an entry to the Spartan Army article that notes a Halo connection, you need to find a reliable, verifiable citation source that says that the Spartan-Two's were named for the Spartans of Sparta. Without it, it is you making the connection, and that isn't allowed. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about this subject or any other,b ut I would ask you to use the discussion page and not the undo option to discuss matters, as it will likely move you into 3RR territory eventually. - Arcayne (^{cast a spell}) 23:51, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are missing hte point, Halolove; it doesn't matter what you observe, it matters what you can cite. If you cannot cite it, you cannot include it. Period.
