Welcome![edit]

Greetings! All of the articles you mention on User:Hmk0110/Choose an Article seem quite well developed. I see that that you added plastic recycling and hook grip to the dashboard. In general, all the articles you suggested as actually quite developed. The least developed is hook grip so that's the one I'd focus on. You should drop whichever one you are not going to from the dashboard and let me know by sending me a {{ping|Benjamin Mako Hill}} when you respond. Good luck! —mako 20:05, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback on your draft[edit]

Greetings Hmk0110! I've done a quick pass on User:Hmk0110/Hook grip. I see you've made a bunch of changes (and added one reference) to the beginning of the article. Those changes are modest but they look good. I had a couple pieces of feedback:

  • I wonder if some of the added text would be better off in a new section? I don't have a strong sense but looking at WP:LEDE will give you a sense of what Wikipedians would think about in regards to what should be in the intro paragraphs and what should be in the rest of the article.
  • If you want make more changes, I see lots of opportunities. A bunch of the article is formed as lists. You could probably grab some low-hanging fruit by reworking this as prose (see the WP:PROSE policy/guidelines for context).
  • I noticed that you did not include the pictures when you moved things over. That's OK but just makes they are still there when you move stuff back!

Although the additions are not huge, I don't see any problem with what you've added. Why don't you go ahead and start moving things over to live version. If you want to make more changes to the article, you just doing it in the live version. Good luck and thanks for your work on the article! —mako 19:56, 4 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
