Please note[edit]

Hello H. Please be aware that, per the documentation at Template:Infobox film, the picture used "Ideally this should be a film poster" While DVD covers can be used that should only happen when a film poster is unavailable. Those covers will differ from region to region while the poster tends to be used in many countries. If you have any questions you can ask at the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Film page. MarnetteD|Talk 17:13, 21 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you added another DVD cover to an article after my post above. Please do not do that again. If you do it can be seen as WP:DISRUPTIVE and can lead to a block. You cooperation will be appreciated. MarnetteD|Talk 04:29, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Simpsons19 dvd spine drop 0112-e1563661514135.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. CptViraj (📧) 12:14, 18 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Brooklyn-nine-nine-season-six-dvd-cover.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- /Alex/21 02:51, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019[edit]

You have many warnings on your talk page about images that you have uploaded yet you are still uploading images with problems. When uploading images you must supply source and licensing information as well as copyright status. When images are clearly non-free, as are all of the the images that you have uploaded recently, a valid non-free use rationale must also be provided. However, even with this information non-free images cannot be used in list articles, which is why I have reverted your recent changes to several "List of episodes" pages. --AussieLegend () 17:42, 24 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Disenchantment-season-2-poster.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file licensed as "for non-commercial use only", "no derivative use", "for Wikipedia use only", or "used with permission"; and it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag and if necessary, a complete fair use rationale.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. -- /Alex/21 12:31, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:1 BKC4yXES8RpK2HGAR8xc5Q.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:1 BKC4yXES8RpK2HGAR8xc5Q.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

File source problem with File:1 BKC4yXES8RpK2HGAR8xc5Q.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:1 BKC4yXES8RpK2HGAR8xc5Q.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Non-free rationale for File:1 BKC4yXES8RpK2HGAR8xc5Q.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:1 BKC4yXES8RpK2HGAR8xc5Q.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to The Simpsons (season 29), did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. • Stop replacing images with almost identical versions. There is absolutely no need to replace the images in the articles. --AussieLegend () 17:40, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on The Simpsons (season 29); that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. AussieLegend () 17:43, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

October 2019[edit]

Just noting that this edit by the sockpuppet is one of the reasons that Homerfan12 was blocked recently and he did this after he was blocked. This is now at least the 3rd time he has deleted FURs and licensing from image pages. --AussieLegend () 05:05, 22 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2019 election voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:24, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Ellen's Game of Games (season 3), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. January 2020[edit]

I have reverted your inappropriate move of Draft:Ellen's Game of Games (season 3) to Ellen's Game of Games (season 3). Since it was moved to draft space there had been no attempts to resolve the issues that had caused the article to be moved to draft in the first place.[1] Even the changes made today are minimal and do not address the issues.[2] Drafts are only moved once they meet the requirements for mainspace articles, primarily notability and verifiability. When you think the article is finally ready to be published, submit it for review but you should not move it yourself. --AussieLegend () 06:14, 8 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Bless the Harts, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. I have again reverted your inappropriate move of Draft:Ellen's Game of Games (season 3) to Ellen's Game of Games (season 3). The minor changes made over the 21 hours since it was last moved were insufficient to justify moving it to article space. As I said last time I warned you regarding this less than 21 hours ago, when you think the article is finally ready to be published, submit it for review but you should not move it yourself. If you move this article again, you may find yourself unable to edit Wikipedia. --AussieLegend () 02:40, 9 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:DanceMomsSeason5poster.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:DanceMomsSeason5poster.jpg. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 13:46, 11 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

La Comay and SuperXclusivo[edit]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give SuperXclusivo a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into La Comay. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Pichpich (talk) 20:59, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted your inappropriate changes to SuperXclusivo, La Comay and Talk:SuperXclusivo. If you had bothered to read Talk:SuperXclusivo before you vandalised it, you would have seen that the article has been the subject of 2 move discussions, one in February 2019 and a more recent one in December 2019. The result of both discussions was NOT to move the article. Move protection was added on 11 December to stop anyone moving the article to "La Comay".[3] As you have been warned above, cut and paste moves are not permitted so you should not have made the changes that you did. Of additional concern is why you made this change to Talk:SuperXclusivo, replacing valid templates with the warning posted above by Pichpich after replacing the signature with yours. Why? Further, your edits to File:Lacomaymeagtv.jpg, removing the FUR and licensing information with a deletion request was also inappropriate. DO not remove such content when requesting deletion of non-free images. Also inappropriate was THIS! The only reason that the article was blank was that you had blanked it inappropriately when you made an inappropriate cut & paste move. Please learn from these mistakes and do not do anything like this again! --AussieLegend () 01:45, 30 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Despite a claim that you will stop your disruptive editing above,[4] you continue to vandalise pages.[5][6] I hope that any admin looking at the history of File:Lacomay2020megatv.png takes the time to look at the individual edits prior to blocking you, again. --AussieLegend () 08:14, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
