I changed the WIT description back to 'University level'. This is how WIT describes themselves and as WIKI is for a global audience I feel this is the best and fairest description of the Institute. Further on in the WIKI article discusses the upgrading issue in an unbiased manner and it is clear that the institute is not a university. If you feel this is unfair please leave a message for me.
