UK Health Security Agency logo[edit]

Hey - just wanted to drop you a note to explain. You uploaded File:UKHSA Logo from GOV.UK.png to Wikimedia Commons, but these logos are covered by copyright, so they have to be uploaded to Wikipedia instead. I have uploaded a version to Wikipedia at File:Logo of the UK Health Security Agency.png and swapped it out in the UK Health Security Agency article, and nominated the one you uploaded at Commons for deletion. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of organizations and companies). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

The comment the reviewer left was:

* This is the same organisation that was discussed in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sustainable Transport Northamptonshire, which ended in a decision to delete that article four months ago. This article does not clearly show that the organisation has become significantly more notable since then.

There are a lot of intricate details about different names, re-brandings, parent companies etc, which give a surface impression of importance, but there are no secondary or independent sources for any of that information. If nobody except themselves have written about their different organisational structure, then those details are not encyclopedic, and the entire "History" section could be summarised in a sentence or two.

There are 14 references to self-published sources, the organisation's own websites and wiki. The stn.miraheze.org references can't be used at all, and transport-mids.com can only be used very sparingly. The Companies House source and the assets.publishing.service.gov.uk source are independent, but they are primary sources which also don't show notability.

The "Publicity" section does not add anything of relevance. "Throughout it's time, Sustainable Transport Midlands has received a lot of publicity, including in radio shows, magazines, and online media and newspapers." is just promotion, and that the organisation's own website lists its mentions in media is not something an encyclopedia is interested in. The links listed in the section could potentially be used as sources in the article (well, not the Rail Technology Magazine one which doesn't seem to mention any of the "Sustainable Transport" organisations).

It is unclear what the "Lutterworth Line" section is, in relation to the rest of the article. Either it is a project run by Sustainable Transport Midlands, in which case it belongs in the article, or else it isn't, in which case it doesn't. Since the draft includes references and external links that talk about the previous incarnation of the organisation, it does not quite make sense to describe them as different entities.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
