LGBTQ Reproductive Health course
Hi Ian, with a courtesy ping to the instructor Mossbeach. I noticed a student editor from this course, has signed up to edit the Breastfeeding article. I have a few thoughts on this:
I left a message at Mossbeach's talk page last year asking for better quality control processes. I have not heard back from her. If you have time to follow up with her that would be great. Let me know if you need me to explain why the two examples I complained about were a problem.
Something to be aware of is the dynamic going on at the talk page of the Pregnancy article right now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Pregnancy#Changing_pronouns_and_gendered_language A student editor from this course made one brief suggestion ten days ago. Around a half dozen experienced editors have since been arguing about it with no further involvement from students. Students dropping in to ask for gender-neutral language in women's health articles never seems to lead to deep student engagement with the Wikipedia community, and it usually sets off another round of bickering between experienced Wikipedians as you can see here.
Hi Ian, I have stumbled over this Wikipedia Education collaboration a bit by a(n) (un)lucky accident of an unapproved draft but have really the interest in supporting this collaboration. Your name has been mentioned by @LiAnna (Wiki Ed), that I can approach you in the case of a similar event. This is now not the case, but I have an idea of course specific hidden categories so articles created by editors of the Wikipedia Student Program could be attended by interested editors. I have reviewed several articles coming from the Wikipedia Student Program (but not labeled as such) here, here and here and I believe this program merits some support. I have heard that in the Hebrew Wikipedia there exist hidden categories since years and it is believed we have a similar mechanism on the English Wikipedia as well. Trouble with moving content to a page that I'm editing
Hi Ian,
Thank you for your help with this class project! I think I'm doing something wrong- I've been writing information about Bartonella apis, and want to move the content out of the sandbox and onto that page (which already exists but has only limited information). When I tried to do this by putting "Bartonella apis" as the page name, it won't let me move it due to the page already existing. Is this something that you can help me with? (talk page watcher)@OneHealthVet: I'm not associated with Wiki Ed, but my suggestion to you would be to self-revert what you did (at least for now) and then ask someone from Wikipedia:WikiProject Microbiology to take a look at the changes you want to make and help you figure out a better way to incorporate them into the already existing article. Even though your intentions were certainly the best, you've basically gone and "usurped" the already existing article Bartonella apis by replacing it with your version. Not only is this not considered to be good practice, you also introduced some formatting and other WP:MOS errors in the process. So, it would be probably better for you to self-revert before another editor comes along a reverts back to the previous version. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:13, 30 November 2022 (UTC)
@OneHealthVet As @Marchjuly mentioned, by entirely replaces the article with your own, you did add some formatting errors (which I started to clean up) and replaced the lead with your own. I restored the lead and the existing speciesbox; I think you should merge your lead with the existing one into something more coherent.
The bigger problem, as I see it, is that you used numbered references instead of proper inline references. These are almost impossible to maintain over time (as new references get added) so please replace them with properly formatted inline references. @OneHealthVet: No worries, but please take a look at WP:CAUTIOUS for reference when doing something like this in the future. Sometimes, it's better to propose major changes before trying to implement because it allows others knowledgeable about the subject matter to assess them and figure out how to best incorporate them. WikiProjects can be quite helpful when it comes to something like this; you can start a discussion on an article's talk page and then place a notification about it on relevant WikiProject talk pages to let them know about it. The WikiProjects which might be interested in a particular can generally be found listed at the top of an article's talk page. There's not a 100% guarantee you'll always get a response, but a WikiProject can be another place to seek information in addition to your Wiki-Ed advisors. The issues with the citations seem to have been cleaned up by others and if you want to see what they did, you can look at the diffs of individual edits. Moving forward, you might want to look at WP:CITESTYLE and WP:REFPUNC for reference. Wikipedia doesn't have one preferred citation style per se, but there are some things it does prefer that you might not be used to and that your university might do differently. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:49, 1 December 2022 (UTC)

Hi @Uali3. I would start by going back over the Timeline on your course's Dashboard page. Also have a look at the Exercises and trainings section on this page and have a look at the time you spent on the training modules. For example, it looks like you only spent 16 seconds on the Adding citations training module, so that's probably a good one to revisit.

References vs Notes

@Catihill Just stick to a single "References" section unless you have a major desire to include both. If you want to create a "Notes" section in addition to references, you can follow these instructions. But honestly, I don't think it's worth the trouble. @Catihill: Hello! You're correct that notes are not references. The Wikipedia MOS documentation can be extremely confusing. It's consistently inconsistent. Notes are for explanations which do not fit into body prose, like maybe some conversion or translation. It's not for going on a tangent, because the content is either in or out of the article. It's just for what doesn't fit into real sentence form or other organized form. Then, references are the sources, and the inline citations therefrom. Class with problematic editors
Just wanted to bring the students editing Draft:Silly Mountain (Arizona) to your attention. This seems to be their course. Not sure which course they're assigned to, as their user pages only have screenshots of their dashboard but no other identifying information. They've been making problematic edits across the board, mainly overlinking terms, adding unnecessary markup, or introducing grammatical errors. @SounderBruce It looks like Limelightangel is the instructor on that course. I'm not sure who supports classes in Italy; m:Wikimedia Italia doesn't have any mention of an education person. @Ian (Wiki Ed) Hi, this class is finished now. I agree there were many basic editing issues here, which were flagged up at draft stage during the course via the article Talk page, 15 mandatory online Training for Students modules (evidenced on their User pages), and regular student meetings/workshops. The project was supported with a wikiMedia course dashboard, and extensive documentation, advice and help links via a supporting course Moodle website. Feedback to this specific team included over 30 bulleted points for improvement via draft Talk, including grammar, over-linking, referencing, and using acceptable sources. The final draft was not perfect, but accepted and rated C-Class for a new article, and C-Class in four WikiProject domains. This is the 8th year I've run this project for LIUC, with several drafts accepted at B-Class. Hi. I've had to delete an article by User:Alwaysbiking, who seems to be a student on the Chicana_Latina_Art_and_Artists course. I see that the training is still inviting students to move drafts from their sandbox straight into article space. The article created by this user was tagged for multiple issues. It displayed a lack of understanding and certainly didn't belong in mainspace; it could not have passed a review by an experienced Wiki editor. @Deb: Yes I also would like to know what they're thinking, in advising newbies to manually bypass AfC. That is a terrible and unnecessary idea and should be amended immediately. Otherwise, the WikiEducation manual should be a mandatory prerequisite course for all editors. It's really superb. (talk page watcher) I sympathize with what you've posted about student editors creating articles, and have probably posted something similar before either here on Ian's talk page, at WP:ENB or somewhere else; however, as long as articles are allowed to be directly created in the mainspace, there's always going to be problems like this. It would be entirely unfair to single out Wiki-Ed students (not all student editors belong to courses operating under Wiki-Ed guidance) and tell them they can't do something that pretty much anyone else can. Students and their instructors should be advised, though, that once they put something in the mainspace, there's a good chance it won't be there for long if it's really not good. Instructors should also realize that it's a very bad idea to try and grade their students based on what ends up being posted on Wikipedia. I think, based upon what Wiki Ed advisors like Ian have posted before, that Wiki Ed tries to make sure both instructors and students understand this. Wiki Ed does seem to have some great modules to help guide students, but Wiki Ed can't make students and instructors read and follow them; some instructors and students are just going to do what they want to do regardless. One of the things about being the "free encyclopedia that anyone can edit" is that unfortunately not too many bother to read the small print before diving in and just assume "anyone can edit" means "anything goes". That isn't really something limited to Wiki-Ed classes or students in general. Like everyone else students and instructors will make mistakes, but they should also be given the chance to do so until they start getting really disruptive. At that point, they can and should be dealt with in the same manner as any other disruptive editor regardless of how it affects their studies. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:52, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
Marchjuly I see it the other way. If any other user was creating a draft, it would be reviewed by someone who knew what they were doing (not by their tutor, who in this case seems not to understand the basics and possibly has a conflict of interest). But they would have to wait their turn. In this case, we get told that students should be able to move them straight from draft to article space as though students are more important than the average new editor. There's no requirement that drafts for new articles be submitted to AfC review (at least that I'm not aware of); there are technical restrictions placed on certain types of accounts and certain types of pages that might make AfC the only way to create something, but it's not mandatory. There's no requirement that a draft be created first and then moved to the mainspace; articles can simply be created directly in the mainspace. The only requirement I'm aware of when it comes to article creation and new accounts is that the account be WP:AUTOCONFIRMED. Getting your account autoconfirmed apparently a takes a minimum of four days and ten edits, which is not a lot even for a student. Once again, I'm not suggesting that students don't create some crappy articles, but, as Ian can probably point out, some of them are quite capable of creating some pretty good ones as well. Whatever they create should be eventually reviewed by WP:NPP just like most anyone else, and it's then where it will be assessed. Personally, I think it would be great if students ran their drafts by their Wiki Ed advisors before adding them to the mainspace, but I think that's something for Wiki Ed, instructors and students to sort out and agree upon. Obviously that's true. However, one of the purposes of these courses is presumably to learn how to use Wikipedia correctly, not how to upload a half-finished article because your tutor gives you misleading instructions and tells you your draft is fine when it's not. Inserting a chart
Hello, I inserted a JPEG of a chart I developed as an image, but I was told to take it off because it does not meet requirements. I made the chart in the table but it is very limited in terms of what I can edit (bullets, tabs, spacing). Is there any alternative for making a table. It is in my Andragogy article. @Pikelake6 - Is this the chart you're taking about: File:Adult Learning Table.Andragogy.jpg? I see you labeled it as your own work. If so, should have the base file that you used to generate the table. Regardless though, a jpg isn't a suitable format for a table - it isn't editable by others, it isn't readable by screenreaders, and is isn't going to re-side for different-sized screens.
I recommend that you recreate the table using the Insert -> Table option in the visual editor. That way the information is editable, it's accessible by screenreaders, and you can include your sources in the table. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 04:16, 7 December 2022 (UTC)
A class you're helping
Hi Ian,
I noticed that this class is running and there does not seem to be much mention of WP:FRINGE and WP:MEDRS standards in the descriptions of the course nor the commentary of the students/instructor. A WP:FTN thread was started on this issue. I'm a little concerned that the instructor may be running afoul of WP:ADVOCACY, but it isn't clear here. Perhaps you can shed some light on the subject?

"More" tab missing from sandbox
Hello,

@PhillipsJT You need to make a few more edits before you have reached "autoconfirmed" status. Only then will you be able to move pages. That shouldn't be a problem, because your draft still needs some polishing. For example, you don't have links to other articles. Any term that the average reader might not be familiar with should have a link so that readers can learn more. In addition, you are using Discogs as a source, but that site is user-generated content (like Wikipedia is) and isn't a reliable source. Finally, you have a reference in the section header. Citations need to be after the text they support, not before, and should never be part of the section header.
Once you've done the cleanup you need to do, you should be autoconfirmed. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 04:09, 7 December 2022 (UTC)

I am ready to add edits from my assigned article sandbox to the published article. I was just going to use the move function, but I realized that I'm only editing a subheading of a Wikipedia page, and I don't want to delete the other subheading that I haven't worked on. Is it possible to just move my subheading? I'm trying to avoid having to reinsert images and new citations into the published Wikipedia page.

Hi @S.steinfeld10. You should only be using the page move function if you're creating a new article. The move function allows you to change the URL that points to your sandbox. (by talk reader)@Callencamp: The issue with Hitting a Straight Lick with a Crooked Stick: Stories from the Harlem Renaissance is that you have almost exclusively used the book itself as a source. Wikipedia needs other pieces about the book, like essays and reviews. It seems other Wikipedians have found that those other sources exist but you need to dig them up and add them. The first three references are written by Caminos herself. Those aren't independent sources. Source #6 is a book she wrote, which is another primary source. In addition, it appears that you have added your own interpretation to the book, writing In her book, Caminos uses humor and wit to share the joys of womanhood as she encourages readers to explore what this means and Throughout her book, Caminos uses an informal style to share the experience of being a woman in every capacity. Making interpretations of primary sources like this conflicts with the "no original research" policy.
The other sources are non-primary, and the books by Rosalind Warren appear to be widely help by university libraries, so that's probably a good sign that they could be considered reliable sources. How much depth do they go into about Caminos and her work? Adding more works like these, and relying less on ones what were written by Caminos are key to dealing with the problem identified.

@Jcham04 That's because the URL you're using goes through your library's website, and only works probably if you are logged in (which the Cite tool cannot do). You'll need to edit the reference to fill in the missing fields. In Edit mode, click on the reference (the number [31]) where it appears in the body of the article (not where it appears in the references section at the bottom of the page). Then click on the Edit button in the box that pops up. This will let you fix the fields that are wrong. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:11, 8 December 2022 (UTC)

Tell the instructor to stop telling their students to type research papers on specific topics into overview articles. It's most of them so it seems most likely it is what they have been told to do.
I am removing and tagging what is obvious, but this highlights just one of the MANY WikiEd issues: students think they are expected to write in the style of a university grade essay for their edits because that is the environment the course is presented in. Ian, does WikiEd actually have some stats available on student editor retention (though I think edit-a-thons would work better) and article improvement (not self-assessed) from this program? I don't think I've seen a single positive and even when I'm barely active nowadays there seems to be a new course or two that make themselves apparent for all the wrong reasons. Why is WikiEd still active? No, really, it seems like nothing but another form of "disruption" to be cleaned up, this one actually encouraged. You know I haven't liked it for a long time; each time I see another incompetent instructor making kids rush at the end of class and usurp articles with essays, it makes me even more certain it needs to be burned. I would agree. I often see WikiEd templates added to talk pages and then nothing ever happens so I wonder if there is any point to it if most of the time it's just disruptive. Another issue I see: students are reviewing each other's articles rather than experienced editors. What would students know about an appropriate Wikipedia article? And some editors aren't even aware of how it works so some of the things the students do seem completely disruptive (such as editing pages outside of their own userspace or moving them around). I don't think there would be any harm in killing off WikiEd if there's nothing to show that it's been doing any good in recent years. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 15:19, 19 December 2022 (UTC)

Ian - there are problem editors in this student course, a medical topic beyond what undergraduate students are capable of contributing under WP:MEDRS sources and content. WP:CIR. Japhaplen - There does not appear to be much instructor input, and neither does there seem to be a need for these students to be using the course as a reason to edit Wikipedia. In Changing Men and Masculinities in Latin America (2003) by Matthew C Gutmann, Mara Viveros Vigoya wrote the chapter Contemporary Latin American Perspectives on Masculinity. The chapter outlines the exclusion of the
male perspectives in the study of gender, including the study of masculinity. According to Viveros-Vigoya, Gender
studies in Latin American societies were mainly dominated by women, but more men are becoming involved in gender relations and the cultural, social, and economic effects it has on power dynamics. The study of masculinity refers to the relationship between genders and within the male gender. Within gender studies, researchers understand the power dynamics and relationships as being between genders, with the male gender dominating over the female gender. This perspective excludes the internal power dynamics within the genders. She discusses the intersectionality between gender and race and gender and sexuality that is often erased or ignored and Viveros Vigoya points to this. Sex roles and traditional family dynamics are two points that Viveros Vigoya writes about that represent inequalities between men and women, yet she explains how it only represents a heterosexual relationship dynamic.
She introduces the sociological, anthropological, and psychological studies of the male identity in Latin America and how it has been socially structured to fit the conforming and stereotypical expectations of men. There is the hegemonic expectation of the position men is meant to perform in society. She explains how it neglects other social factors, such as race and sexuality, as well as men’s health (reproductive and other health), fatherhood, and other contributors. Viveros Vigoya and other researchers involved in these studies have labeled masculinity in crisis, which creates a social movement that questions male privilege but also introduces the harmful effects of masculinity on men. She emphasizes the unequal power dynamics within genders. Viveros-Vigoya points out the macho stereotype men are expected to fit into in many Latin American societies. There is an expectation of how men are not only supposed to act but also supposed to look to fit a masculine, macho identity. This masculine identity is defined by Viveros-Vigoya as a need to provide for one’s family, fit a certain body standard, only show anger as a negative emotion (not sadness), etc., as well as, only participating in a heterosexual relationship and ultimately follow the traditional male role. In many Latin American cultures, this can be referred to ethnographically as “machismo.” In many studies done on the male identity, the male gender is characterized and researched based solely on their genitals, not their overall identity. This forces many into a box where they can’t express their sexual identities and other social identities that challenge the norm.
She has also contributed chapters or articles in Race, Indigeneity and Gender: Colombian Feminism Learning, Lessons for Global Feminism (2018), Masculinities in the continuum of violence in Latin America (2016), Social Mobility, Whiteness, and Whitening in Colombia (2015), Sex/Gender (2015), and The sexual erotic market as an analytical framework for understanding erotic-affective exchanges in interracial sexually intimate and affective relationships (2015).

The usual DYK end-of-semester issues
Ian, I was wondering: how clear is it made to Wiki Ed student participants (and their faculty, for that matter!) that if they are going to make DYK nominations, there will inevitably be issues that they'll need to address, and that they shouldn't nominate unless they are prepared to stick around, probably past the end of the semester? We have the usual posted and abandoned nominations currently—I know you've been pinged for at least one of them—and are doing the inevitable wait for responses that never come before ultimately closing the nominations as unsuccessful. @BlueMoonset We've de-emphasised DYK to the point where we no longer mention it unless a student nominates their work (at which point we email the instructor and the student). It does mean that we don't provide them guidance until they nominate an article, but it avoids the honeypot effect of mentioning DYK. I don't know if it's the best approach. I've put it on my work list for January to spend some time on this and see if I can come up with a better approach.

Mistake by one of your students

This is likely a honest mistake, as most likely it should be created on Drafts instead of mainspace. I have draftified the article for now. Help on image upload
Hi Ian! I am in a wiki education course and have a question on whether I can upload a certain image to the article I'm editing/ I am editing/improving the Glassybaby article (have been doing so in a sandbox) and want to upload more images. The images I want to upload are my own work, pictures I took myself, and are of glassybaby. Do these seem fine to use? My only hesitancy/reason I'm asking is in the training module it said it couldn't be a picture of art, and glassybaby is art but at the same time a product/and I own the ones I took my own pictures of. Hi Ian. I was a bit surprised to see that one of the assignments in this course from Northeastern University was to !vote in an AfD. Is that something you all are aware of? I guess there's nothing wrong with it per se (and the students actually did a fairly good job, I think), but it definitely requires a bit of extra supervision to make sure students understand our often-labyrinthine notability guidelines. It'd be nice if there was some way for them to declare that they were part of a student group (maybe a template like Template:Single-purpose account or Template:COI editor?) so that closers can be extra careful to check for non-policy-based contributions. Class collision
Fast fashion seems like a popular page for class projects: two last summer, two last fall, and two already now, as well as others prior to this academic year. You are listed as the wiki-edu wiki-expert for the third concurrent class to plan to work on it. Given the student-level attention it has received, I think there might not be room for substantive enough additional progress to make it a worthwhile one for more of them. Especially, having more than one claiming to be working concurrently seems like potential conflict or lack of either pool being able to work to their maximum potential. Changing Page Name (Wiki Project)- Problem

Hi @Tagarachel. If you change the name of the article you're assigned to match theirs (or they change theirs to match yours), you will both be working in the same sandbox. To "change" the name just assign yourself another article that matches the spelling and capitalisation your partner uses. You can then unassign yourself the old article or just keep both. (If you unassign the old article you can still find every page you've edited by clicking on the "Contributions" link (which is under the person icon in the top right corner of any page). I posted an article to the mainspace and you moved it back to the sandbox. I read your comment, but this article is for a class project and I need it on the mainspace. Can you please let me know how to fox this issue so it can stay in the mainspace?
Hi @Greenstudents123. For starters, it doesn't have to be in mainspace in order for you to get your grade. Your instructor can grade your sandbox draft. If they have any questions about it, tell them they need to get in touch with Helaine.
As far as fixing the other issues - the brochure I linked to has information on creating a lead section. As for sourcing - you just need to make sure that every statement is followed by a supporting citation from a reliable source. This may affect all student editors and their teachers, and have repercussions on student training module documentation in the area of editing. Development is organized at Phabricator (project page, workboard). I added a message at T330807#8736789 and tried to ping you from there, but I don't think it worked (maybe because of embedded blanks in your userid; I raised a doc-update request here about the failed link/ping). The Phab ticket title is, "Investigate technical approaches for making Edit Check configurable on a per project basis". Your comments at the ticket are welcome, and I think ENB should be alerted. Ian, based on the difficulty EaglesEyes1 experienced, I used the RefRenamer script to replace all of the VE numeric references in all 37 articles listed for the course at Carleton. Trouble moving my article
Hi Ian, I have been having some trouble moving my sandbox live as it says that my title of "Infectious pancreatic necrosis virus" is either invalid or a page already exists, however the page that exists is only for the disease "Infectious pancreatic necrosis" not the virus which my group project is on. So its not allowing me to publish right now. even though the page for the virus does not exist. I would really appreciate if you have any suggestions so I can move to the mainspace.

@Dannellp To rename a page you "move" it, as outlined in this training module, but in this case you'd just move Dannellp/Sample page to Dannellp/New page name, but instead of selecting (Article) (as shown below) you'd just leave it as User

Big-Headed Turtle
Hi Ian,
I am working on fixing up the page for the Big-headed Turtle, but the references section is locked? It wont let me edit except for in source mode, and I am not very proficient in source editing, but there are sources that are pictured in a Bibliography section and linked into the references and references that are formatted strangely. I moved some things around to be a little more visually pleasing, but I cant do as much as I would like. If you have the time, could you take a look at it?

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I have completed all my trying module. I wrote my draft on my sandbox with all the citations. But I don't see any option to move my article as per the instruction in the training module. @IyerD You need to click on the blue "Publish changes" button in order to save your work. Until you do that, it just lives in your browser window.
You won't be able to move a page (assuming you're creating a new one) until you have made at least 10 edits to Wikipedia. So far, you've only made 8 edits: Special:Contributions/IyerDIan (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:21, 2 May 2023 (UTC)

Publish changes to an existing page

I'd like to publish edits I made to the chlorosulfolipid page but I'm not clear on how to do that. When I select move I get an error message saying I cant move because the page already exists?

If you are using the wikicode editor, to publish your edits, scroll up when you are in Preview mode until you see the Publish button at the bottom, and click it. If you are using the Visual Editor, look for the white-on-gray 'Publish changes' box top right. If you are using Visual Editor on a smartphone, click the right angle bracket top right, and click 'Publish' in the blue box top right. Hi Jordan.Espinoza.Student. It looks like you moved your draft to mainspace, but another Wikipedian moved it to Draft space because they thought it wasn't ready yet. You should continue to work on improving the article in Draft space.

Primary sources in World Bank and IMF articles
Hi, Ian. Thanks for this edit tagging primary sources at Draft:Iraq and the World Bank. I imagine you've been monitoring Rosguill's topic at WP:ENB#IPE Money and Finance WB 2023. At one point, I wanted to work out the scope of the problem beyond just that one Iraq article, and not limited to Wiki Ed-related edits, so I could comment again at ENB if it seemed like a good idea. So, I started with this advanced search, and picked about a dozen articles of the type, "CountryName and the World Bank", went to the References section, and counted up the number of unique refs with a domain of worldbank.org compared to total unique refs. For example, the first article in that list is Mexico and the World Bank, and it has 11/15, that is, 11 refs not from worldbank.org domain, out of 15 total unique refs shown. That's a really good score, compared to most of the ones I checked. As the conversation quiesced, I didn't see a need to report back, and eventually must have deleted my raw notes, as I can't find them, now. But I came up with around a dozen figures, and some were like, "0/11" (I remember that one!) for Senegal..., very low numbers like 2/14, 4/25, for various others (sorry, no notes!) and quite good numbers for some others; I seem to remember China was quite good, and either India or Brazil or both. So, the results were a mixed bag. I started to do a CountryName and the IMF search as well, but didn't take it further. Most or all of this has nothing to do with WikiEd, but I thought you'd want to know, as a way of situating the current issue at ENB in the context of the larger problem beyond it, which seems to be endemic for very many IMF and WB articles. I'm also a bit worried about the copycat- or WP:OTHERSTUFF-effect, essentially, "Well, I just created a draft just like I saw in "X and the World Bank", so if it was fine there, why not here?" but I don't have a good answer for how to deal with that, other than tag them all, and maybe notify the projects?
