Please see WP:SPEEDY and WP:FICTION. The article you wrote about the O'Hara Foundation is considered vanity and is not notable enough for an article of its own, including the fact that it has very little content and fancruft. It was speedy deleted, so please do not recreate the same page again. If you wish to expand on the O'Hara Foundation, please do so in the main Steamboy article; there is no need to create an article of its own (please see the above policies for more information).
