Hi Idealistic Nightmare, and welcome to Wikipedia! To help with removal of bad edits, you will probably first want to learn what vandalism is and how to identify it. Once you've done that, you can use Special:RecentChanges to help you analyze new edits. You may look for tags on the recent changes page to help you identify potentially unconstructive posts. Once you've identified a post you want to undo, simply click the "history" link on that article and look for the "undo" button which will help you remove it. You may, however, want to try looking at what Wikipedia is about and how to contribute to get a feel for things before you start trying to tackle the more fast-paced challenge of vandalism fighting. That being said, I, too, do a lot of antivandalism work and look forward to working beside you.
