Speedy deletion nomination of Liu Xinxin(刘欣欣)[edit]

Hello JOYININ,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Liu Xinxin(刘欣欣) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Naming convention for people, and other issues[edit]

Dear @JOYININ,

Please be mindful of naming conventions for people. At Wikipedia, we disambiguate different people usually by what makes them notable. I do not encourage you to disambiguate people by their names in their native language. See WP:NCPDAB for this.

Also, please be mindful not to use the fullwidth "(" parenthesis. In English, the halfwidth "(" is used.

Please also disclose your conflict of interest to the people you write about. If you are paid by a firm to create these articles, you should also disclose that. See WP:COI and WP:PAID for more information.

Finally, please visit WP:Teahouse if you have any questions.

Cheers, -- TheLonelyPather (talk) 15:41, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Ji Qi (executive) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://content.edgar-online.com/ExternalLink/EDGAR/0001104659-20-103438.html?dest=A20-30284_36K_HTM&hash=d40be488ec222735443620a7615d63ac69bdfac32e11bc4c675247ad9a844f7e#A20-30284_36K_HTM. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Recent edit reversion[edit]

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.

I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. S Philbrick(Talk) 15:02, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
