April 2022[edit]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you purposefully and blatantly harass fellow Wikipedian(s) again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 00:36, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at User:Oknazevad, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Frankly, this edit summary is so over the line that you should almost be blocked without warning. I'm reviewing your edit history further before doing so.C.Fred (talk) 00:38, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

April 2022[edit]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for contravening Wikipedia's harassment policy. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
Threatening violence against another editor is utterly unacceptable. Cullen328 (talk) 00:48, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. I felt very provoked at that precise second. I've drunk a strong mug of tea and feel more relaxed now, and my wife has calmed me down. A week will give me a good wikibreak, and after that, I'll start anew and I'll take everything at a slower more calculated pace. --JP7i1-u (talk) 00:52, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This is perhaps the most encouraging response to a block notice that I have ever received. Based on looking at a selection of your edits to date, I think that you have the potential to be a productive editor. Please stay away from Oknazevad, and walk away from the keyboard when you are feeling angry. Cullen328 (talk) 01:10, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
That's my resolve Cullen. Thanks for being diplomatic and not making it indef. --JP7i1-u (talk) 01:13, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome. Cullen328 (talk) 01:19, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry[edit]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/JP7i1-u. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Though you have not evaded your block, creation of the accounts such as "Thomas.W Legitsock" in an attempt to pretend to be another editor is not okay. Indefinite does not necessarily equate to forever. If you make an unblock request you should address the issues surrounding creating these other accounts, as well as why you were blocked temporarily. Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 14:32, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Unlikely to ever happen. It's pretty obvious this is another sock of user Evlekis, who is banned from all Wikimedia projects. I just couldn't remember the user name when I filed the SPI. oknazevad (talk) 15:28, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I did notice recent checks in similar ranges for that sockmaster, but the range was so busy that I assumed it could be a number of other sockmasters + not related to anyone else. Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 15:44, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
