The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Hi GSS, I am not connected with this company in anyway and directly or indirectly compensated. This is my first page which got approved in wikipedia after months of research around this topic (not to mention various other pages historically I have tried to create and got rejected due to various reason).

You can go through my logs dated back to 2017, where I have added references and bit of editing and learning wikipedia editing since then.

I am really confused with how and what specifies that nature of edits is paid. Is there something I have done which I shouldn't be doing ?

Any reasonable response quite appreciated as I want to improve my knowledge on wikipedia editing.

P.S: I do have some knowledge in medical coding and was doing some research topic finding on which probably I can write something on wikipedia. I have found some other certifications are out there and hence thought I can give a try on this topic.

Nightenbelle approved this article and may be can confirm that I haven't moved to live space and I have followed article for creation process.

I don't want to stretch this conversation so I'm asking you straight. Are you sure you were not hired through Upwork to edit AAPC (healthcare) and create "Certified Professional Coder"? Hello GSS - I am 110% + sure that I am not hired through upwork or any other platform. As I mentioned earlier this is something as topic I found via research and feel that I can contribute on Wikipedia and I did it unknowingly that this topic is available for paid contribution.

The fact that a page was approved because it didn't contain any obvious promotional text or copy righted material does not mean its okay for you to not acknowledge or lie about being a paid contributor. And please don't assume I will have your back because I approved the article. If anything- I'm going to jump up and say woops- I shouldn't have okayed that one- sorry! Hi Jamesinhere, as you can see above there is a concern that you have a conflict of interest with AAPC (healthcare). Please read WP:COI and WP:PAID carefully and answer the following questions below. I do not need specifics, just a simple yes or no will suffice:

1. Do you, or have you worked for, AAPC in any capacity, whether paid or in a volunteer capacity?
2. Do you, or have you worked for, any company that has been paid to provide services to AAPC in any capacity?
3. Do you know any of the founders or executives of AAPC in a professional or personal manner?

Hi @CNMall41, Monster.com and foundit are 2 different brands. Monster.com is USA based business and In 2018 Quess Corp acquired Monster's business across India, SE Asia and Middle East and which got re-branded in Nov 2022.

Hence requesting you to please consider foundit as a new brand under Quess corp in India, SE Asia and Middle East market only where as Monster.com still in existence in other geo's. Jamesinhere (talk) 13:17, 17 April 2023 (UTC)

Foundit would not qualify under WP:NCORP as its own page in Wikipedia. Hence the recommendation to merge it. Since you are saying it is not associated with it (despite references causing it to appear they are), then it doesn't appear that foundit it would qualify for any mention in Wikipedia. --CNMall41 (talk) 01:53, 18 April 2023 (UTC)

I am not being directly or indirectly compensated for my edits.

I had a discussion with real-time chat help from experienced editors and found the gap that this page missing notability criteria (where atleast 3 notable references are required and mine AFC submission has only one) and you were rights that no amount of editing that can take place to overcome that. I wish if I had received this specific feedback rather than article already exist on monster.com or promotional language.

I think that's the purpose for AFC where other editors and reviewers can help in editing or update information instead of rejecting or marking it for Speedy deletion. Jamesinhere (talk) 14:41, 24 April 2023 (UTC)

Might be my interpretation is wrong here and I have used language which seems promotional in nature.

All in all I have tried to creating a page for company( where various corporate action happened from parent organizations, change in ownership and re-branding) and also is among the top 5 job search engine in India and got re-branded.

1. A well established name in job industry domain and have collaborated with government bodies on some initiatives.
